Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited in Rugby is seeking an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to support multiple operations across the region with regular regional travel.

You'll partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development and a high-performance culture while leading people projects and change programmes. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and strong employment-law knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and core HR processes.
• Experience supporting change, transformation or business improvement programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong coaching skills to support management effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and locations simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with HR data to influence decisions.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting and presentation with strong IT skills including Excel and Powerpoint.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout the region.

• Support succession planning, organisational design and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures and employment legislation are applied consistently and compliantly.
• Drive continuous improvement in key people metrics, including absence, turnover, agency usage, engagement and productivity.
• Represent HR at monthly business review meetings and work closely with Compliance to minimise business risk.
