Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to support seven sites in the North West, including Widnes, with a focus on HR and people matters. You’ll guide managers, handle employee relations, and ensure compliant processes across the region.

This is a full‑time, permanent role with typical Monday–Friday hours. You will travel between sites to support operations and develop regional HR capabilities, while delivering scalable HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in an HR role preferred; training provided for progression.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures and employment law.
• Pursuing CIPD qualification is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel across the area.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and support the region on people-related matters from first line to ER issues.
• Coach and advise stakeholders on disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Conduct regular site HR reviews and drive improvement actions.
• Support development of managerial colleagues in handling ER cases.
