GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to support B&Q retail logistics operations in Doncaster and Blyth. This full-time role (37.5 hours) is a 6-month fixed-term contract with UK driving travel across sites required, delivering ER and HR services across the northern region.

This is a key role within our HR structure, providing in person, professional, consistent HR and ER support across multiple operational sites during a period of integration and change. You’ll be a visible, trusted partner to site leadership teams in the northern region, balancing employee experience with operational and commercial needs while ensuring compliance and consistency across the region.
