Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Advisor for the North West region to support seven sites including Widnes and neighboring locations. The role focuses on HR guidance, TUPE, redundancy handling, and coaching managers in ER cases across the network.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00, with travel to other sites as required. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies a salary up to £42,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in guiding HR across multiple sites with TUPE, redundancy and consultation processes.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law; CIPD related study is a bonus.
• Willingness to travel within the Northwest region and occasionally further afield for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and support the region on people-related matters, from first line support to TUPE, redundancy and consultation processes
• Support, coach and advise key stakeholders on HR issues, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance improvement
• Conduct regular and in-depth site HR reviews, identifying and driving areas for improvement
• Assist sites in developing managerial colleagues’ understanding to support operations in ER cases
