Job summary

InPost Ltd. is seeking a People Partner based in the South/Southeast of the UK to join the People and Culture team. The role supports depot operations across the regional network, partnering with the Regional Director and Depot Managers on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, and engagement.

You will travel across depots to build strong relationships, influence regional strategy, and solve on-the-ground people challenges while scaling with the business.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with regional leadership across multiple sites.
• Ability to translate business priorities into people plans.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and working time regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR partner for Regional Directors, translating priorities into people plans.
• Support depot managers with day-to-day people needs and local workforce challenges.
• Attend leadership meetings, bringing HR perspective to decisions.
• Build trusted relationships between HR and depot teams.
