Job summary

InPost UK is seeking a People Partner based in the South/South East of the UK to join our People and Culture team. You’ll work with depot leadership, regional directors and HR Shared Services to align workforce plans with growth targets across a multi-site network.

This hands-on, travel-friendly role focuses on employee relations, performance and engagement, change management, and compliance. You’ll coach managers, drive HR processes, and ensure consistent practices while rolling out regional

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Generalist/HRBP role within logistics or multi-site operations.
• Experience supporting multiple sites with regional reporting structures.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and frontline managers.
• Proven ability to handle employee relations cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner for Regional Directors and depot leaders to translate priorities into people plans.
• Plan headcount and resource needs across depots, including seasonal staffing.
• Coach managers on performance, difficult conversations, and policy application.
• Lead employee relations across depots: conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations.
• Drive engagement, monitor turnover and absence metrics, and support retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and working time regulations region-wide.
• Support change initiatives, including depot openings/closures and restructures.
• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to resolve pay, attendance and contract issues.
