Arriva UK Bus Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to shape and deliver our people strategy across the Southern Counties region. You will advise senior operational leaders, drive strategic HR initiatives, and ensure a high-performing, customer-focused HR service.

Reporting to the HR People Operations Director, you will lead organisational change, talent development, workforce planning, and employee relations, while collaborating with central HR

Qualifications

• Significant HR experience in a large, complex operational environment.
• Proven leadership as Senior HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.
• Experience leading organisational change and transformation.
• Degree in HR/Business desirable.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned to regional objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and change management.
• Lead complex employee relations matters with fair, compliant outcomes.
• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, retention, and leadership development.
• Champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Analyse people data and HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Reward, Learning & Development, and Recruitment to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and policies.
• Promote Arriva's values and continuous improvement of people processes.
