You will lead a small HR team, working closely with the Managing Director and senior leaders, delivering a practical and strategic people strategy with strong employee relations and leadership development.

Qualifikationen

• Generalist HR background with experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience operating at HR Business Partner or HR Manager level.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Experience developing managers and leadership capability.
• Commercial, pragmatic HR partner able to translate business priorities into people solutions.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver a People Plan aligned with the transformation strategy.
• Act as trusted partner to the MD, SMT and leaders.
• Lead and develop a small HR team delivering high-quality service.
• Coach managers to strengthen leadership capability and people management.
• Lead full generalist HR remit: ER, performance, absence, change, workforce planning.
• Shape a positive culture and strengthen talent, succession, recruitment and development.
