Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Advisor to support B&Q retail logistics operations in Doncaster and Blyth. This full-time role (37.5 hours) is a 6-month fixed-term contract with UK driving travel across sites required, delivering ER and HR services across the northern region.

You will partner with site leadership to balance employee experience with operational needs, ensuring compliant and consistent HR practices while championing engagement initiatives and organisational change.

Qualifications

• Background in HR advisory or senior HR generalist with significant ER exposure.
• Experience in unionised, multisite operational environments is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient HR and ER support to site operations across multiple locations.
• Advise on absence, conduct and capability, grievances, recruitment and engagement.
• Develop employee engagement initiatives and foster collaborative relationships.
• Support leadership with change management and relationship building.
