Job summary

The Regional HR Advisor will be based at Coryton and oversee multiple sites across the South East, partnering with managers to deliver expert HR guidance and practical people solutions. This fixed-term contract runs until the end of December 2026, with a potential to become permanent.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in HR advisory/generalist roles with strong ER responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume ER caseload from issue to resolution.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and advising managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employee relations cases end-to-end.
• Provide expert HR guidance on policies, procedures and legal compliance.
• Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports.
• Partner with managers to balance business needs with wellbeing and risk.
• Support regional change initiatives and HR projects.
