Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Regional HR Advisor for the Doncaster area on a 6-month FTC. You’ll provide HR and payroll support to site-based teams, delivering advisory services across absence, conduct, capability and employee relations.

You will interact with site leadership in a fast-paced, unionised environment, ensuring compliant, consistent HR practices while promoting employee engagement and business outcomes. A CIPD Level 5 or progress toward it is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR advisory experience with complex employee relations.
• CIPD Level 5 or working towards it; strong ER background.
• Proven ability to operate in unionised, multisite environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and payroll support to site-based teams across GXO B&Q network.
• Deliver HR advisory services on absence, conduct, capability, grievance, recruitment and engagement.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain cross-site relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and company policies.
