Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for our Runcorn site. You will provide comprehensive HR support to line managers, ensuring policy compliance and effective people management across the site.

The role is part‑time (24 hours/week) and site-based, offering a salary up to £25,000 with a pension, private medical/dental, and other benefits. Flexibility to support other sites may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualification of CIPD Level 3 or working towards with good understanding of employment law.
• Experience providing broad HR generalist support to line managers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide full HR generalist support and advice to Managers and employees.
• Lead on absence management, with coaching to managers and liaison with OH.
• Support culture change, talent and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in development workshops on HR best practice across the site.
