Runway East is seeking a Head of Operations for the South West to lead three sites across Bristol and Bath. You’ll manage General Managers, own the member experience and the full P&L, and report to the COO as part of the management team.

You’ll mentor leaders, build regional capability, and shape standards and profitability while maintaining a high-energy, service-first culture across all locations. Hybrid work with on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations and GMs.
• Strong P&L and budget management.
• Ability to drive service standards and guest experience.
• Autonomy to shape regional ops with founder/operator mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the South West General Managers across 3 sites.
• Own regional P&L, occupancy, desk rates and profitability.
• Ensure safety, compliance and risk management.
• Build systems and processes to embed a service-first culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape ops strategy and expansion.
