Job summary

THG Beauty in Manchester seeks a Senior Digital Activation Executive to manage brand-facing paid media campaigns, working with brand partners and our influencer team to drive growth and deliver data-driven media assets.

You will collaborate with marketing, buying and design to craft multi-platform plans, monitor performance, and report ROI to secure ongoing investment. This role offers regional exposure and career development within THG.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in paid media or digital marketing.
• Self-starter with proactive attitude.
• Strong brand ambassador with presentable image.
• Proficient with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Passion for beauty and retail media industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage brand-facing paid media campaigns to drive brand growth.
• Collaborate with influencer team to create assets for media use.
• Develop multi-platform digital media plans to grow partner brands.
• Lead post-campaign reporting to demonstrate ROI and uplifts.
