Job summary

Noventis Consulting is seeking a Regional Growth Lead to manage client and partner relationships, drive new business, and shape market strategy. You will own existing and new client relationships, identify revenue opportunities, and build partnerships in a fast-growing consultancy.

The role involves collaboration across services, leading bids, and mentoring teams to improve revenue streams while expanding the consultancy's reputation across the UK.

Qualifications

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Strong project management, organisational, and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple service lines to grow awareness and bid success.
• Lead and support bids for specific clients and partners.
• Maintain CRM opportunities and provide updates to leadership.
