Vistage UK is seeking a Regional Growth Leader to own the London and South region end to end, accountable for the health and growth of the chair base, lead pipeline, member numbers and local market presence. This field-based role focuses on launching Building Chairs, boosting retention and group sizes, and converting regional leads through strong regional networks.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial or business development experience with SME executives.
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management at board level.
• Self-starting and autonomous with regional ownership.
• Established regional network or ability to build one quickly.
• Coaching mindset and understanding of peer-group dynamics.
• Familiarity with the Vistage model and chair community (desirable).
• Existing network in the target region (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Build Chairs: drive launches, recruit and sustain Building Chairs as a regional priority.
• Pipeline and conversion: manage regional leads with local market knowledge.
• Retention: nurture chairs, coach needs, drive referrals and support new groups.
• Market development: engage regional networks and events.
• Member growth: generate new group members via networks and outreach.
• Future chairs: identify and connect next generation of chairs for sourcing.
• L&D insight: surface coaching needs to the L&D function.
