Job summary
Sphere Solutions is recruiting an Associate Commercial Director to spearhead a new regional groundworks operation across Hampshire and the South Coast. You will drive commercial strategy, secure key contracts and build a robust pipeline with PLC housebuilders and regional developers.
The role requires a proven residential groundworks background, senior commercial leadership experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset to shape the regional growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven background in residential groundworks and civil engineering.
- Experience at Senior commercial level (Director/Manager).
- Established network across PLC housebuilders and regional developers.
- Strong ability to generate new business and secure contracts.
- Solid commercial and contractual knowledge to maximise opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial development and expansion of a new regional groundworks operation.
- Identify, secure and develop opportunities within residential groundworks and housing sectors.
- Leverage an established network to generate opportunities with key clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and position the business as preferred contractor.
- Identify viable projects and support tender submissions.
