Job summary

Sphere Solutions seeks a Commercial Director to lead regional commercial activities from the Bristol office. You will own risk management, financial control and cash management while driving P&L performance and governance through board reports.

The role includes managing a regional commercial team and delivering projects up to £40M. Salary up to £125K, with car allowance, bonus, and benefits including pension, life insurance and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Strong governance skills with board reporting experience.

Job description

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Commercial Director with immediate effect.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to £40M.

The successful candidate will be based out of my clients Bristol office, and be responsible for aspects such as Risk Management, Financial Control, Cash Management, Process & Administration, Commercial Audits, P&L, Board level meetings / Reports, and management of a Regional Commercial Team, whilst reporting into a Regional Director.

Additional

• Salary – Up to £125K (subject to experience). However, this can be negotiable for the ideal candidate.
