Job summary

Sureserve is seeking a proactive Regional Manager to lead a team of gas engineers and support staff across the East of England and Midlands. You will recruit, develop, and manage performance, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while collaborating with senior managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar sector.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop an engaged workforce, guiding through HR processes and disciplinary matters.
• Deliver contractual requirements, motivate engineers, and provide technical support during normal hours and on-call.
• Communicate procedures to operatives via Toolbox Talks and daily contact.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings and forums.
• Maintain records of communications, site visits and client meetings.
• Drive regional strategy implementation and budget reforecasting.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with customers, supply chain and workforce.
• Analyse key metrics and prepare regional reports.
