Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited in Ely is seeking a Gas Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of gas engineers across the East region and deliver compliant, customer-focused services. You will work with Engineers, Coordinators, Planners and Performance Managers to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires significant gas qualifications and leadership experience, with a focus on safety, scheduling and collaboration with internal teams. This is a full-time role based in Ely.

Qualifications

• CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1 and other gas qualifications needed at interview.
• Gas auditing qualification is required or in progress.
• Evidence of original certifications must be provided at interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of gas engineers across the East region.
• Coordinate delivery of servicing, repairs and installations.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality maintenance for customers.
• Recruit, develop and performance-manage field engineers.
• Provide technical support and improve business efficiency while maintaining compliance.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
