Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking a Regional Fundraising Manager – Central England to lead a team of Fundraising Managers across the East and West Midlands. You will drive income, manage key relationships and contribute to regional plans, ensuring outstanding supporter experiences and sustainable growth.

You’ll coach managers, analyse performance data and align regional activity with national fundraising campaigns, while travelling regularly within the region and to UK offices when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing high-performing fundraising teams.
• Proven track record delivering income, revenue or financial targets.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and interpreting financial information.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Experience using data, insight and performance analysis for decisions.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and secure new fundraising opportunities.
• Experience managing remote teams or volunteers (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Fundraising Managers to generate regional income.
• Provide coaching, strategy and direction to grow income and pipeline.
• Manage key relationships with high-value supporters and partners.
• Analyse regional performance and contribute to national campaigns.
• Travel across East and West Midlands and occasionally to other UK areas.
