British Heart Foundation is seeking a Regional Fundraising Manager - Central England Region to lead a team of Fundraising Managers and drive around £1.5m of fundraising income. You will coach, inspire and steer regional plans, while personally managing high‑value partnerships and key supporters to deliver exceptional experiences and impact.

You will shape regional strategy, monitor performance, and collaborate with the Community Fundraising Leadership Team to strengthen partnerships and outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing high‑performing fundraising, sales, marketing or other target‑driven teams.
• A proven track record of delivering income, revenue or financial targets.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels and successfully make the ask.
• Experience managing budgets and interpreting financial information.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Experience using data, insight and performance analysis to drive decision‑making and results.
• The ability to build long‑term relationships and secure new fundraising or partnership opportunities.
• Experience managing remote teams, volunteers or volunteer‑led activity would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Fundraising Managers to generate around £1.5m across the region.
• Provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to grow income and pipeline.
• Strengthen supporter relationships and deliver outstanding experiences.
• Personally manage key relationships as a senior ambassador for BHF with high value supporters.
• Contribute to regional and national fundraising strategy and decision‑making.
• Develop regional plans using insights and forecasting to maximise performance.
