Job summary

Unique Fundraising Ltd is seeking an Area Manager to develop and grow the regional fundraising area, driving campaign activity and achieving personal and team targets. You will manage a team of fundraisers, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure all activities adhere to policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in face-to-face fundraising.
• Must have an established team of 5–10 fundraisers.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel across the UK with a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Area for each Campaign and achieve personal sales targets.
• Lead and manage fundraisers, ensuring quality, policy compliance and timely delivery of activities.
• Coordinate with CTSO, verification, bookings managers and directors to meet client targets.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Prepare weekly reports and manage area resources including stock and assets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new fundraisers.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and incidents are reported.
