Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking a Regional Fundraising Manager for Central England to lead a team of Fundraising Managers and drive around £1.5m in income across the East and West Midlands. You will coach, strategise and build strong relationships with supporters and partners to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will cultivate growth opportunities, forecast performance, and act as a senior ambassador for BHF within high-value networks.

Qualifications

Proven leader with a track record delivering results through others.
Experience leading fundraising, sales, marketing or other target-driven teams.
Demonstrated ability to deliver income, revenue or financial targets.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing budgets and interpreting financial information.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Fundraising Managers to generate around £1.5m across the region.
Provide leadership, coaching and strategic direction to grow income and pipeline.
Strengthen supporter relationships and deliver outstanding experiences.
Personally manage key regional relationships as a senior ambassador for BHF.
Contribute to strategic decision-making and shape Community Fundraising nationally.
