British Heart Foundation in the East and West Midlands region is seeking a Regional Fundraising Manager to lead a team of Fundraising Managers, develop regional plans and grow income and pipeline while strengthening supporter relationships. This field-based role requires travel within the region and ultimately across the UK.

You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. This is a pivotal leadership role in Community Fundraising, shaping strategy and delivering

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading and developing high-performing fundraising teams.
• Proven track record of delivering income or financial targets.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing budgets and interpreting financial information.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Experience using data and performance analysis to drive decisions.
• Ability to build long-term fundraising or partnership opportunities.
