Job summary

BRC Promotions Ltd is seeking confident, people-focused fundraisers for a field-based role across a regional territory. Travel up to 60 miles from your home postcode to venues, speaking directly with the public about causes people care about and encouraging regular donations.

This is ethical, value-led fundraising with no hard selling, no pressure tactics, and full training. You'll join a high-energy team, receive ongoing coaching, and have clear progression opportunities as you represent

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, fundraising, hospitality, events, or customer-facing roles.
• Or you're new to sales but naturally confident, persuasive and people-focused.
• You’re resilient and can bounce back from rejection.

Responsibilities

• Travel across your regional territory (up to 60 miles from home) to pre-booked venues and engage with the public about causes people care about.
• Start meaningful conversations, explain how regular donations make a difference, and inspire support for life-changing work.
• Represent charities with ethical, values-led fundraising: no hard selling, no pressure tactics, no products or gimmicks.
