Job summary

National Highways is seeking a FM Compliance Manager to ensure service delivery compliance across core facilities management services and contracted suppliers. The role covers corporate estates and a future expansion of depot and outstation estates, with split responsibilities across two sites in the North region.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification (e.g. IWFM or equivalent)
• NEC4 contract management experience desirable
• Knowledge of facilities management best practices
• Ability to interpret and apply legal health, safety and equality requirements
• Commercial contract management skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on performance, compliance and quality of outsourced FM delivery
• Maintain health and safety checks and risk assessments to minimise workplace risk
• Procure additional items/services in line with contract requirements
• Coordinate with partners to ensure safe, secure and compliant facilities
• Support onboarding and integration of new estates into FM scope
