Role Overview

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will manage, produce, and analyze consolidated regional financial information for the Regional Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consolidate and review regional sales statistics weekly to brief Regional Directors on sales trends and metrics.
2. Maintain controls and processes.
3. Consolidate regional Down Valuation data for the Group.
4. Handle queries from Group/Division as required.
5. Assist the Regional Finance Director with financial information for divisional operations.
6. Streamline weekly processes for departmental efficiency.
7. Support the regional marketing team with key trends and metrics.
8. Carry out Board Stat reconciliations as required.
9. Monitor monthly regional results and forecasts against budget.
10. Analyze data to understand reasons for forecast changes and variances.
11. Collaborate with divisional FD's to explain forecast variations.
12. Provide management information for Divisional Board Meetings.
13. Prepare key financial and non-financial data for the RMD Board Report.
14. Analyze profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flows to identify issues.
15. Support marketing analysis with relevant data.

This role offers flexibility with typically one day per week in the office; candidates should be based within the central region to support the patch effectively.
