Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads hiring, performance management and people development including day-to-day coaching across sites.
• Drives technological development of production processes and technologies regionally.
• Ensures development and optimization of production infrastructure and workflows at site or regional level.
• Provides direction to regional production community and supports optimization; ensures processes are followed and trained.
• Defines and optimizes production processes, integrating digital solutions and IT tools with IT.
• Manages or contributes to projects, monitors progress reporting and troubleshooting for regional production projects.
• Collaborates closely with and communicates with stakeholders.
