Freudenberg Group is seeking a results-driven leader to manage multiple shift production teams. The role focuses on developing staff, ensuring operational continuity, and maintaining a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

You will oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and mentor team members to align with site goals and customer requirements. English proficiency and local language fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-8 years of leadership experience in an industrial or multi-shift environment.
• Significant experience in production line operations within a technical environment (mechanical, plastics or textiles).
• Advanced proficiency in English and local language required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production teams across multiple shifts to meet customer requirements.
• Manage development and performance of team members in compliance with legal requirements and FPM values.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new team members to ensure operational readiness.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and collaborative site culture.
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to meet quality, volume and waste targets.
• Coordinate process adjustments to maintain production continuity and performance.
• Ensure accurate registration and documentation of production data and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical support during maintenance activities and resolve routine operational issues.
