Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Additional specialist training in process or operational excellence topics.
• 5-8 years leadership experience in an industrial or multi-shift environment.
• Significant experience in production line operations within a technical environment (mechanical, ideally plastics or textiles).
• Good understanding of operational best practices and how team workflows integrate into the broader production process.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams across multiple shifts and ensure alignment with expectations and customer requirements.
• Develop team members' performance and ensure compliance with legal requirements and FPM values.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new team members to ensure operational readiness.
• Coordinate technical interventions and troubleshoot safety-critical issues following procedures.
• Promote safety culture and reinforce site values and behavioral expectations.
