Job summary

Cadent Gas Ltd is seeking an Associate IT Field Technical Analyst to ensure field colleagues have the technology, tools and support to serve customers safely and effectively.

You'll work across your designated network area, delivering hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support to field users, managing local IT infrastructure, hardware stock, audits and strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers. Travel across sites with a UK driving license will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT services in a multi-sourced environment (ITIL).
• Ability to prioritise multiple issues and lead resolutions.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel across sites with a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support to field users.
• Manage and maintain local IT infrastructure.
• Oversee hardware stock and perform audits.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
• Champion best practice and drive first-time fix improvements.
