Job summary

You will map, pitch, and close high-value restaurant partners while engaging through visits, emails, calls, and social platforms. A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional restaurant acquisition: map, prospection, pitch and close partners.
• Execute strategic business development: engage with independent restaurants via visits, emails, calls and social platforms.
• Own the commercial onboarding journey: manage end-to-end onboarding for new partners.
• Structure high-impact partnerships: negotiate terms and structures for win-win outcomes.
• Act as a local territory expert: map trends and identify key brands in the region.
