Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Systems Engineering team. You will own and evolve an in-house, Kubernetes-native test framework that qualifies host images and infrastructure on real hardware, including extending coverage into HPC and Slurm-on-Kubernetes.

You will build test harnesses, CI infrastructure, and shape abstractions that let other engineers add tests without rebuilding the framework. You’ll ensure fast, hermetic pipelines and drive end-to-end test reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building test infrastructure, systems software, or platform tooling at scale with ownership of frameworks or automation for low-level software.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the in-house, Kubernetes-native test framework that qualifies host images and infrastructure on real hardware.
• Build test harnesses and CI infrastructure, extend coverage into HPC and Slurm-on-Kubernetes (SUNK).
• Shape abstractions for engineers to add tests without reinventing the framework.
• Own testing results and reporting path end-to-end: structured results, storage, dashboards and triage surfaces.
• Collaborate with firmware, kernel, imaging and HPC teams to embed testing into release processes.
• Explore AI-native testing: LLM-driven triage, failure classification, and regression detection.
