Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Fleet Provisioning Automation team to lead and grow a group of developers responsible for automated provisioning and lifecycle management of CoreWeave’s hardware fleet.

You will oversee Kubernetes operators and CRDs, align with fleet operations and hardware engineering, and champion reliability and scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software or infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years in a leadership capacity guiding teams.
• Experience creating test plans and deployment automation for fleet provisioning services.
• Background in SRE fundamentals, incident management, and observability.
• Ability to influence partners, peers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a global team of Go developers in the US and EU.
• Provide prioritization, direction, and support for Kubernetes operators and CRDs to automate node provisioning and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with fleet operations, hardware engineering, and Kubernetes infra teams to design scalable solutions.
• Develop onboarding, documentation, enablement, and performance management programs for team growth.
• Set the culture and tone for team collaboration and cross-team processes.
