Job summary

CoreWeave is looking for an experienced software engineer to help transition to distributed architecture and build agentic-ready AI infrastructure. You will design backend services, define APIs, and contribute to CI/CD, observability, and reliability as part of a fast-moving platform team.

You should have 6+ years of software engineering, strong production Python, Kubernetes, and security-minded development practices, plus excellent collaboration with product and engineering peers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Production experience with Python and Kubernetes in distributed systems.
• Experience designing APIs and service interfaces.
• Security-minded development including OAuth and secure-by-default practices.
• Strong technical communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the transition from monolithic to distributed architecture.
• Design and implement agentic-ready architecture for rapid AI product deployment.
• Write production-grade Python code for platform components.
• Build and optimize distributed compute services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve reliability, observability, and incident response practices.
• Mentor engineers and help establish engineering best practices.
