Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expert Python development at scale.
• Strong Kubernetes production experience.
• Distributed backend architecture expertise.
• API and service design skills.
• Security-minded development (OAuth).
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, and reliability.
• AWS knowledge in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: drive the ongoing transition from monolithic to distributed architecture and make the platform agentic-ready.
• Hands-on Development: write production-quality Python code and build distributed compute services, ensure reliable workflows, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Team Mentorship & Collaboration: mentor engineers, establish best practices, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
