Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager in London to lead end-to-end facilities management across a multi-site portfolio. You will oversee a large team, manage contractual performance, and maintain senior client relationships to drive service excellence.

Reporting to the Regional IFM Director, you will drive financial accountability, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance across the portfolio.

Formación

• 10+ years in facilities management with at least 5 years in a senior/director-level multi-site leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex FM portfolios.
• Strong client-facing operational leadership across hard and soft FM services.
• Degree-qualified; professional accreditation (IFMA/IWFM/RICS) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing client and firm interests with commercial acumen and political awareness.
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to connect engineering and operational detail to commercial outcomes.
• Relentless focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and performance culture.
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver long-term, scalable solutions.
• Outstanding communicator; confident presenting to senior stakeholders in English (additional European languages advantageous).

Responsabilidades

• Owns end-to-end facilities management delivery across a multi-site, multi-country portfolio.
• Leads a large, multi-disciplinary team with strong financial ownership.
• Manages client relationships at senior Real Estate & Facilities level and ensures contractual performance.
• Own portfolio budget development and forecasting, ensuring financial governance.
