Agincare invites an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, repairs and compliance across a portfolio of care homes in the Dorset & Somerset region. You will manage teams, coordinate contractors and ensure statutory obligations are met while delivering safe, welcoming environments for residents and staff.

This hands-on role offers opportunities to develop people and buildings in a fast-paced setting, with travel across the UK, funded training, and a company van and fuel

Formación

• Experience in regional or multi-site maintenance or facilities.
• Trade background in plumbing, plastering, tiling, electrical, joinery or window/door installation.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety.
• Able to coach and develop maintenance teams.
• Practical, solution-focused approach to problems.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance, repairs and compliance across allocated homes.
• Coordinate contractors and manage external services to meet statutory obligations.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and asset care to reduce breakdowns.
• Monitor safety, environmental and quality standards across sites.
• Provide leadership, coaching and on-site support to maintenance staff.
