Aurem Care is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to safeguard safe, compliant and welcoming care home environments across the South of England. You will lead a seven-person maintenance team, manage planned and reactive maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to ensure high standards of workmanship.

The role requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety, and experience overseeing multi-site maintenance projects.

Qualificações

• Experience in facilities management, building maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, health and safety, and planned preventative maintenance.
• Experience managing contractors, repairs, maintenance programmes and refurbishment projects.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a team of maintenance operatives.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance and upkeep across all homes, including buildings, grounds, plant and equipment.
• Ensure statutory compliance and health and safety across the portfolio.
• Manage budget for planned maintenance, repairs and compliance servicing.
• Line manage seven Maintenance Operatives and provide hands-on maintenance cover as needed.
• Coordinate contractor management, quotes, service levels and RAMS.
• Organise refurbishment and repair projects within budget and timescales.
• Travel across South of England to oversee homes and perform site visits.
