Job summary

Mezzino Student Living seeks a Regional Facilities Manager to deliver and oversee facilities management services across a portfolio of properties. This home-based role requires regular travel to sites south of Birmingham, ensuring safe, clean, and well-functioning estates while managing in-house teams and external FM contracts.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor service performance, and ensure value for money across facilities operations, with a strong focus on health and safety,

Qualifications

• Extensive Health & Safety knowledge and compliance focus.
• Experience in Facilities Management or site management with ability to drive change.
• Experience delivering FM services and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, clean, and efficient operation across the property portfolio with focus on Health & Safety and compliance.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and fabric workstreams.
• Lead tender cycles, mobilisation, and performance evaluation for FM contracts.
• Maintain up-to-date records of equipment, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
• Provide supervision to on-site Facilities Assistants and liaise with contractors.
