Job summary

Optical Express is seeking a proactive Co-Management Partner Liaison to act as the main contact for our referral partners across Wales and adjacent regions. This field-based role offers high visibility within the community and opportunities to build new partnerships that drive patient access to our cataract and eye care services.

You will analyse territory performance, promote our referral system, manage key accounts, and report insights via Salesforce, collaborating closely with clinic managers

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a multi-site clinical environment.
• Previous experience in optical or ophthalmic environment.
• Excellent diary management to maximise time efficiency.
• Account management or sales experience.
• Full driving licence required.
• Ability to route plan and cover territory comprehensively.
• Knowledge of CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referrals from Opticians and optometrists in the South West, Wales and Midlands regions.
• Analyse the territory and identify market share potential.
• Promote the features and benefits of the referral system to referrers and patients where possible.
• Manage account relationships, ensuring excellent service and retention.
• Continually analyse referral data to identify engagement and marketing needs.
• Promote and assist in coordinating events to engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinic managers to ensure quick, successful patient outcomes.
• Populate and report daily on Salesforce to broaden territory insights.
