Job summary

Optical Express in Exeter is recruiting a Co-Management Partner Liaison to be the primary contact for our referral partners in the South West, Wales and Midlands. This field-based role demands proactive relationship-building with opticians and optometrists to drive high-quality patient access to cataract and eye care services.

You will analyse territory potential, manage accounts, report on Salesforce data, and collaborate with clinic managers to ensure smooth patient pathways and outstanding

Qualifications

• Field sales experience within healthcare or optical sectors is essential.
• Proven account management skills and relationship building with partners.
• Experience using CRM systems to track referrals and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referrals from Opticians and optometrists in the South West, Wales and Midlands.
• Analyse the territory and identify market share potential.
• Promote the referral system features and benefits to referrers and patients where possible.
• Manage account relationships and be the main contact for existing and prospective referrers.
• Analyse referral data to identify engagement and marketing needs.
• Coordinate events to support stakeholder engagement.
• Work with clinic managers to ensure rapid patient processing and successful outcomes.
• Populate and report daily on Salesforce to broaden territory insights.
