Job summary

Optical Express, the UK's leading provider of laser eye surgery and cataract services, is recruiting a Co-Management Partner Liaison. This field-based role focuses on building partnerships with optical retailers to drive high-quality referrals and excellent patient outcomes.

You will manage relationships across the South West, Wales and Midlands, analysing territory potential and coordinating events while reporting insights via Salesforce. A driving license and sales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-site clinical environment or optical/ophthalmic setting.
• Experience with account management or sales.
• Must have a driving license and be able to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referrals from opticians and optometrists in the South West, Wales and Midlands regions.
• Analyse the territory and identify market share potential.
• Promote the referral system features and benefits to referrers and patients where possible.
• Manage account relationships, acting as the first point of contact for existing and prospective referrers.
• Analyse referral data to identify services needing support with engagement and marketing plans.
• Assist in coordinating events to engage stakeholders.
• Work closely with clinic managers to ensure timely patient handling and successful outcomes.
• Populate and report daily on Salesforce to broaden territory understanding.
