Job summary

Optical Express in Southampton is seeking a proactive Co-Management Partner Liaison. This field-based role will act as the main contact for referral partners, building relationships with optical retailers to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

You will work across the South West, Wales and Midlands regions, promoting the referral system, analysing territory data, and reporting progress to clinic managers. A driving licence and proven sales or account-management experience in optics are

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a multi-site clinical environment and knowledge of the Optical industry.
• Field sales experience essential.
• Experience in developing new business.
• Must have a driving license.
• Ability to route plan and cover territory comprehensively.
• Knowledge of CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow referrals from opticians and optometrists in the South West, Wales and Midlands regions.
• Analyse the territory and identify market share potential.
• Promote features and benefits of the referral system to referrers and patients where possible.
• Manage account relationships as the first point of contact for existing and prospective referrers.
• Analyse referral data to identify services needing engagement and marketing support.
• Promote and coordinate events to engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinic managers to ensure quick, successful patient outcomes.
• Populate and report daily on Salesforce to broaden territory understanding.
