Job summary

Fortanix is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the UK to lead enterprise software sales across the region. You will own account strategies, build and close multi-million deals, and drive revenue growth with a hunter mindset.

You will report to the VP of Sales, manage end-to-end cycles, collaborate with marketing and partners, and travel up to 70% across the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Benelux. Equity is part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in enterprise software sales, preferably in data security, cybersecurity, or AI.
• Proven track record of closing $1M+ ARR deals with enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to articulate value to C-Level executives and managers.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a regional business plan and sales strategies.
• Identify high-potential customers and drive complex sales cycles.
• Build and sustain a robust pipeline through new business and partnerships.
• Own forecasting and sales cadence with cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 70% across the UK, Ireland, Nordics and Benelux.
