Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Regional Employer Manager to source placements for Youth Jobs Guarantee across Cambridge, Peterborough, Norfolk and Suffolk. The role combines business development with relationship management to exceed employer expectations and drive outcomes.

You will work in a customer-facing capacity with flexibility on hours while covering a broad geographic area, contributing to a pipeline of opportunities and delivering measurable impact for participants and employers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B sales environment in account management or business development.
• Experience in a service delivery team where services you sold are delivered by others.
• GCSE English Language at least grade B or Level 2 literacy/communication.
• Willingness to travel locally and work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and convert effectively across multiple sites.
• Secure placement opportunities for Youth Jobs Guarantee participants.
• Educate operations teams and participants about opportunities in key industry sectors.
• Ensure KPIs are met and performance data is reported to management.
• Capture placement information in Reed in Partnership’s database.
