Responsibilities

• Identify and secure placement opportunities for Youth Jobs Guarantee across multiple areas.
• Develop employer relationships and expand opportunities across sites.
• Coordinate service delivery and ensure KPIs are met within contract criteria.
• Provide post-placement support and guidance to employers and participants.
