Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Business Development Executive to create and identify new opportunities in the local area, building relationships with employers and referral partners to support participants on the Connect 2 Work Scheme.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals, with responsibilities including events, post-placement support, and achieving KPIs. Driving license and access to a vehicle are required for travel across Derbyshire.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales environment or business development role.
• Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
• Willingness to travel locally and knowledge of the local labour market.
• Minimum of 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language Grade B (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Taking Ownership: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with new stakeholders.
• Plan and run events such as jobs fairs and employer days.
• Post-placement support and account management.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
