Job summary

S Knights Recruitment is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to manage a regional portfolio of Tier 2/3 accounts within the Education, Training and Qualifications sector. You will balance account management and new business generation, fostering strong partnerships with key decision-makers and delivering against retention and growth targets.

Proven B2B sales or account management experience with a track record of meeting targets.
Experience building long-term customer relationships and managing a sales pipeline.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in Education, Training or Qualifications sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage a regional portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts.
Build relationships with decision-makers and act as primary contact.
Maintain CRM records, forecasts and reports; support growth opportunities.
Meet annual new business targets and contribute to regional plans.
Travel extensively within the region with overnight stays.
Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product Development and Quality teams.
